I found it at curezone.com.

THE SIGNS OF INNER PEACE

Frequent Attacks of smiling.

A loss of interest in conflicts.

A loss of interest in judging self.

A loss of interest in judging other people.

An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.

A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.

Contented feelings of connecting with others and nature.

Loss of ability to worry.

Increased tendency to allow rather than force things.

Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.

A tendency to think and act spontaneously.

An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others.

The uncontrollable urge to extend love all around.

I liked this list. It reminded me of something similar that I'd often heard at church:

When you have the Spirit:

1. You feel happy, calm, and clear-minded.

2. You feel generous.

3. Nobody can offend you.

4. You wouldn’t mind everybody seeing what you’re doing.

5. You are eager to be with people and want to make them happy.

6. You are glad when others succeed.

7. You are glad to attend your meetings and participate in church activities.

8. You feel like praying.

9. You wish you could keep all the Lord’s commandments.

10. You feel in control—you don’t overeat or sleep too much; you don’t feel
uncontrollably drawn to sensational entertainment, lose your temper, or feel uncontrollable passions or desires.

11. You think about the Savior often and lovingly; you want to know him better.

12. You feel confident and are glad to be alive.

When you don’t have the Spirit:

1. You feel unhappy, depressed, confused, and frustrated.

2. You feel possessive, self-centered, or resentful of demands made on you.

3. You are easily offended.

4. You become secretive and evasive.

5. You avoid people, especially members of your family; and you are critical of
family members and Church authorities.

6. You envy or resent the successes of others.

7. You don’t want to go to church, go home teaching, or take the sacrament. You wish
you had another church job or no job at all.

8. You don’t want to pray.

9. You find the commandments bothersome, restricting, or senseless.

10. You feel emotions and appetites so strongly that you fear you cannot control
them — hate, jealousy, anger, lust, hunger, fatigue.

11. You hardly ever think of the Savior; he seems irrelevant to your life, or worse, part of a confusing system that seems to work against you.

12. You get discouraged easily and wonder if life is really worth it.

I've experienced probably everything on all of these lists at one time or another, and I can tell you that it's a lot more fun to have inner peace and feel the influence of the Spirit, rather than the other way around.

It's not that hard, either; it's simply letting go of yourself (humility) and thinking more of other people than yourself (the Golden Rule), and wanting to be more of what God wants for you than what you could come up with for yourself.

It's surprising how good things just seem to flow to us effortlessly when we live life this way.

Elderberries...Likely Cure for Bird Flu

An Israeli virologist, Dr. Medeleine Mumcuoglu (pronounced mum-shu-glu), was interested in studying about the elderberry from the black elder tree. She knew that elder, called the "medicine chest" of country people, had been used in medicine for many centuries. Elderberry wine, for example, has traditionally been used for influenza and the ill effects of the chills.

In 2006, Retroscreen Virology, a leading British medical research institute associated with Queen Mary College, University of London, announced that Sambucol, a supplement made from elderberries, was 99% effective against the avian flu virus, H5N1, and in cell cultures significantly neutralized the infectivity of the virus, which was taken from a strain isolated in Turkey.

Sambucol is known as a clinically proven treatment for regular flu. In in-vitro tests, Sambucol also proved effective against avian flu. Another trial at Hadassah Medical Organization Ein Kerem is expected to confirm these findings.

Sambucol is valuable because, as Mumcuoglu says, "it's the only product that can cut the flu in half, before complications have a chance of setting in."

Mumcuoglu tested her research on patients in the Southern Israel flu epidemic of 1992-1993.

Within 24 hours, 20% of patients taking Sambucol had dramatic improvements in symptoms like fever, muscle aches and pains and coughing. 73% were improved by the second day. 90% were improved by the third day.

In the untreated group, 16% felt better after two days. Most of this group took about a week to start feeling better.

Laboratory studies conducted in 1995 showed Sambucol to be effective against human, swine and avian influenza strains.

A randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled study done in Norway showed Sambucol to significantly reduce the duration of flu by about four days.

Use of pain relievers and other rescue medication was significantly less in the group receiving Sambucol than in the placebo group.

This study concluded that Sambucol stimulates the healthy immune system by increasing production of inflammatory cytokines.

It is believed that Sambucol can combat bird flu, but clinical research into H5N1 is hard to do at this point, becasue there have only been around 140 cases around the world, and the mortality rate is over 50%.

The company will do in vivo studies to look at the effect of Sambucol against the disease caused by avian influenza virus.

Sambucol now controls about 80% of the elderberry remedy market in the United States. This liquid food supplement is distributed by Nature's Way Products and sold at most health food stores.

Another advantage of Sambucol is that it has no side effects, unlike Tamiflu, an antiviral drug. Sambucol can also be given to children, unlike Tamiflu, which cannot be given to children under 12.

Patients have been known to develop resistance to Tamiflu. Sambucol, on the other hand, can treat every type of flu virus.

"Our research has shown that the antiviral effect of Sambucol is not strain-specific," says Mumcuoglu. "It was effective against all influenza viruses tested. The original formulation of Sambucol is the product we have tested in all cases - both in the laboratory and in clinical studies for the common flu. It is what was also used in the recent experiments in London against avian influenza virus thus any Sambucol already on the shelves is the same as any we would produce now."

The results of tests of this natural remedy are very encouraging. This makes me want to stock up!

Speaking of Being in the Great Outdoors....

It's mosquito season again, as I found when I went out to pick black raspberries. I am sure that there is a reason why some people get bit and some people don't, and I'm not talking about pinning a toxic dryer sheet to your hat to keep the bugs away.

I am going to get to the bottom of this; if anybody knows what it is about certain blood that attracts insects, or how to change our blood so it won't attract them, please enlighten me. In the meantime, I'm going to do some investigating, and I'm going to figure it out!

(Later). Okay, here's what I've found out so far. Mosquitoes are attracted by a lot of things: movement, scent, color, our breath, the heat produced by our bodies (nervous people put off more heat), exposed skin, a high level of estrogen (ovulation, PMS), and high levels of serotonin. Time of day matters (they like early morning and dusk), as well as a high level of humidity.

We can fight back by taking supplements of garlic, vitamin B complex, Thiamine (B1), and the homeopathic remedy "ledum." These give off an undesirable skin excretion. For best results, take supplements several days before exposure and while you're outside, as well.

Alcohol consumption dilates blood vessels and brings the blood closer to the skin surface. Just think of all those mosquitoes licking their chops! I don't drink, though, so that doesn't really apply to me.

This one does, though - refined sugar in all its forms (fruit, juice, cookies, cakes, muffins, etc.) gives the skin a yummy, sweet scent that drives mosquitoes wild.

This tells me that I should lay off the sweets and start eating garlic. A small price to pay, if you ask me!

Live in the Moment (and by the Seashore!)

"Live in each season as it passes; breathe air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influences of each. Let them be your only diet drink and botanical medicines." Henry David Thoreau

This is very good advice, and I should take it.

Here I have been waiting all winter (4-5 months, feels like 8) for the weather to be nice. Now that it's here, all I want to do is get my work done in my house. I have to force myself to go outside. Once I'm there, however, it's bliss. The trees are tall, green and leafy. The pool is blue, sparkling and inviting. The sky is also a beautiful shade of blue. White clouds dot the horizon.

I went out to pick more black raspberries today. They are scattered all over the fringes of my lawn. I picked more than a quart; that makes more than 2 quarts so far.

Tonight I am in the process of making a black raspberry cobbler to take with me when we go to visit friends who are renting a cabin on Lake Angola. I accidentally put the ingredients in wrong, (and left out one real important one, baking powder!) but I don't care, it'll get eaten anyway. I am happy to go outside and breathe the fresh lake air.

Did you know that people who live by the seashore seldom get goiter? They get iodine not only in their diet, but also in the air they breathe. Just another great reason to go live by the seashore!

Simple Steps to Increase Your Longevity

A woman went to Central America with an explorer, scientists, journalists, and documentary filmmakers to study regions where middle-aged men were four times more likely to live to the age of one hundred.

She found that there are some simple steps that the average person can take to lead a longer, happier life.

1. Lead a simple lifestyle and eat a simple diet that includes nuts, whole grains, and a whole lot of legumes (beans).

2. Eat a plant-based diet with a wide variety of colors. Also, eat very little meat.

3. Be very active and have a strong sense of purpose in life. She found very elderly people living a life of exuberance and fun.

4. Cultivate and maintain a strong social circle. Get active in your community. Ideally, live around family. This makes sense, because, as my husband pointed out, when you get in trouble, your family is much more likely to help you than anyone else will.

I am going to start making a few changes in my diet and lifestyle. I am going to eat more wholegrain foods, more colorful fruits and vegetables, help more in my community, and try to stay in closer contact with family and friends.

You can watch the video at this site:
http://health.yahoo.com/aging-videos/5-simple-steps-to-a-long-happy-life/capessa--142-1_elizat.html

Cafe Gratitude

There is a vegan restaurant in San Francisco that uses affirmations for its menu items. It boasts dishes with names such as: "I Am Thankful," "I Am Lusciously Awake," "I Am Giving," "I Am Vivacious," "I Am Friendly," "I Am Fabulous," "I Am Passionate," "I Am Magnificent," and much more. I am sure glad I did. Several times lately I have taken about ten minutes to just close my eyes and start thanking Heavenly Father for all the little and big things I'm grateful for....

Just to name a few....my nice comfortable bed, and comfortable pillow.....good books....my good friend Susie who inspires me....a husband who knows how to fix everything....the beautiful green grass and leafy trees, that just got greener with the rain....our beautiful blue pool in our back yard, with the shining water....my delicious chicken and cilantro soup that I love to make (and eat)....my beautiful and talented children, not to mention my wonderful stepchildren!!....toilet paper and tissues...good ideas...people who take the time to do something nice for me....and so much more.

When I take the time to thank Heavenly Father for all these things, it leaves me with such a good feeling, and makes me so much MORE grateful.

I quote from a nice website I found (http://www.balancedlifecenter.com/273-keys-to-happiness-gratitude/):

"Gratitude is the cheapest, most effective way to happiness."

"Gratitude affords you the opportunity to live in a positive mental state regardless of the appearances. You’re not living in denial when you choose to be thankful for what you love about your life. You do actually love it. There’s no need to falsely convince yourself that you are thankful for things you don’t want. What you do is focus almost entirely on the things that bring you joy.

"When you shift your focus and start practicing gratitude, you’ll find that you have even more to be thankful for. The more you give thanks, the more it expands. Soon you will look around and find that you have less and less in your life that you don’t want, and more of what you do want.

"Giving thanks reconditions your mind towards hopefulness and optimism. It clears out the sludge that is blocking your good from coming to you. It aligns you with Spirit and the Source of who you are. It reminds you that you will have all that you need."

I couldn't have put it better myself.

I am so happy to have found this simple, easy way to bring almost instant happiness into my life. Give it a try!

Poison Ivy and Antidotes

The Evil Weed
Two years ago I missed my family reunion because I had poison ivy on my upper lip.
I had been working out in the garden, pulling out weeds, wiping the sweat from my upper lip, and sure enough, not long after, the whole area under my nose swelled up and pretty soon my upper lip was almost below my lower one.

This was quite embarrassing; I went to church anyway and endured the chuckles of others, but couldn't bring myself to travel two states away and endure it from my extended family.

Jewelweed, or "Touch-Me-Not"
I didn't know that wherever poison ivy lurks, an antidote can also be found. I am talking about a plant called jewelweed, (impatiens, or "touch-me-not"), which can be found along moist woodland edges, usually near poison ivy. You snap it off and dab the sap on the poison ivy to relieve the itching. This neutralizes the urushiol in the poison ivy plant. You can simply take the entire plant, roll it into a ball, then dab, (not rub or smear) it over area that was exposed to the poision plant. Tinctures made from the plant are only about 20% as effective as the real thing.

Jewelweed Soap
There is even a soap made with this plant in it; it is said that if you wash with it during poison ivy season, you won't even GET poison ivy. Get it at http://store.altnature.com/poivre1.html

Instructions on making a jewelweed tincture are below.

At any rate, what I'm getting at is, I believe that God gave us a remedy for every ill. We just have to find out what it is and use it.

Other Poison Ivy Antidotes:
Drip the juice of the milkweed plant onto the rash
Green bean tea used as a wash
Beech bark tea (used topically?) - this grows in my garden
Cattail flour - we have cattails all over the place
Goldenseal root extract
Vitamin C, taken both internally and externally
Gooseberry berries and juice - Indian gooseberry (amla) can be bought in an ayurvedic vitamin paste called Chawanprash, found in Indian stores- use internally and externally and it's supposed to destroy poison ivy within 4 hours
Oak (bark?) tea in baths
Okra used with slippery elm and white oak bark as poultice
Crushed leaves of plantain - (rub in longer than jewelweed)
Crushed boiled sage leaves with whole wheat flour used as poultice
Solomon’s seal root tea used topically (this grows in my garden, too)
Sumac tea used as skin cleanser (this grows, unwanted, in my yard)
Watermelon flesh applied directly to skin (I WANT this to grow in my garden)
Yellow dock leaves and roots used as a substitute for jewelweed

As you can see, there is more than one way to get rid of poison ivy, and a lot of them can be found nearby. Too bad I didn't know even one at the time!

Jewelweed Tincture
Jewelweed is a green plant with colorful bell-like orange or red "jewels" toward the top of the plant. We have some right by our creek. If you can figure out which plant it is, you can make a jewelweed tincture. Make it before the first killing fall frost so it will last for the winter. Keep it refrigerated, and after about six months or so discard it and make a fresh batch.

Fill a sterile 8-ounce jar with freshly picked, clean jewelweed plants (blossoms, leaves, and stems--not the roots). Press the plant material down till the
jar is full. Cover the plants with apple cider vinegar or white vinegar. Cover tightly and shake gently. Label and date the jar. Let it rest in a dark, cool place for a 7-10 days. After straining, it's ready to use.

Great Meal Idea

I have taken this recipe and started a new blog. These people shouldn't be expecting anythng, and you should have no thought of reward.

Here are some ideas. Let's say you're in the supermarket. There are a lot of things you can do or say.

You can smile and say, "excuse me" when walking in front of someone. You can get something on a high shelf for someone in a wheelchair, and treat them like a human being.

You can help someone find that elusive "something" that they're searching for. You can remark to the lady next to you how pretty her hair (or dress, or nails, or anything you're impressed with) looks. You don't have to make it up; you just show appreciation for something you already appreciate, so they know you appreciate it.

You can tell the produce manager how impressed you are with the way things look and how easy it is for you to find things. You can tell the store manager how impressed you are with the produce manager! You can compliment the cashier on how fast and efficiently she bagged your order.

You don't have to stop with the grocery store. The list is endless of all the positive interactions you can make with people, all day long. Once you get in the habit, you'll find more and more ways to brighten someone's day. Then you can come home and do the same thing with your family. If that doesn't give you a good feeling, I don't know what will!

The best thing is that when you're brightening someone else's life, you're also brightening your own just as much, if not more.

If you do it right, you can start a chain reaction of kindness and goodness and appreciation that will continue all day long for lots of different people. Wouldn't that make you feel like you really did accomplish something?

I guarantee you that if you ever get down, all you have to do is do something for someone else, and you'll instantly feel better. And making this a habit will give you a GREAT feeling 100% of the time. This Includes All Shellfish Varieties)
Abalone, bullhead, catfish, clam, crab, crayfish, cuttlefish, dolphin, eel, European turbot, jellyfish, limpet, lobster, marlin, mussel, octopus, otter, oyster, paddlefish, porpoise, prawn, scallop, sea mammals, seal, shark, shellfish, shrimp, squid (calamari), stickleback, sturgeon (which includes most caviar), swordfish, walrus, whale, etc.

MY TAKE ON THIS SUBJECT

Perishable

The meat of "unclean" animals is about 10 times more perishable than of "clean' ones.
Yes, I know we have refrigerators, but it still spoils more quickly.

Scavengers

A lot of these unclean animals were created as meat-eating scavengers of the field or the sea. They clean up the dead off the side of the road and eat the garbage and droppings on the bottom of the sea. The byproducts from digesting such scavenger meat are poisonous; these break down dead things, not to mention what they do to living human beings.

The Pig

One of the worst animals to eat is the pig. The pig will eat any kind of garbage, droppings, or dead animals. It has insufficient eliminatory organs for the amount of filth it consumes, so basically whatever goes in, stays in. Again, it is a scavenger. It is often infested with worms, and even if we cook the meat high enough to kill the worms in their cysts, I ask: do they just evaporate, or are they still there, in the meat? Hmm..... Note that swine were considered so unclean that the Israelites weren't to even touch the body, meat or carcass of the creatures.

High Cholesterol

A lot of the unclean critters have high levels of cholesterol, which tends to lead to heart disease....

The Cause and Spread of Serious Disease

Many of the unclean variety have diseases. Some have serious diseases. The AIDS virus and other diseases may have been spread by the consumption of unclean contaminated animals such as monkeys or other animals.

Even Rabbits (and Rodents)

I thought, well why not eat rabbits? Aren't they okay? Then I read an article on tularemia. It specified that rubber, plastic, or latex gloves should be worn while skinning or handling any rabbits, especially if you have open cuts or abrasions, and "wild rabbit and rodent meat" should be cooked thoroughly before eating. If you can't even touch rabbit or rodent meat without risking disease, then what does that tell you about EATING it? Somehow it just doesn't sound too healthy....

What Do YOU Think?
Unless someone can prove otherwise, the eliminatory system of the pig has not changed in the past two or three thousand years, nor has the nature and constitution of man. So pigs, and other unclean animals, didn't work a long time ago, and so tell me how they can work for today? (Don't we already have a lot of problems with the foods we eat these days? Do we need more?) For these and a few other reasons, I am abstaining more and more from eating these "unclean foods."

I went through a lot of recipes today and threw out a whole lot of ham, sausage, bacon, lard, clam, crab, shrimp and lobster recipes. Sigh! What is YOUR take on this?

Here is a post made by "Jonathan" on baconunwrapped.com (http://www.baconunwrapped.com/2006/12/kosher-bacon.html):

"It is true that most kosher foods are safer and/or healthier than their non-kosher counterparts. However this doesn't necessarily speak to the spiritual reasons why some foods were banned and others weren't. Quite to the contrary, non-kosher food may have been intentionally created to be dangerous as a way of preventing people from eating spiritually unhealthy foods.

"Originally nobody was allowed to eat meat... only after the flood were people finally allowed to eat meat. However this allowance came with warnings from god about not consuming spiritually impure food. Basically gods approach is: You are what you eat. Therefore we were forbidden from eating animals which were violent (birds of prey, animals with whole hooves) or unclean (pigs, pawed animals, and bottom-feeders). Furthermore, we were instructed on how to properly kill (respectfully and with minimal pain) and prepare the animals."

I find this idea of "spiritually unhealthy foods" very interesting. I'm going to have to give this some more thought.

Attracting Good or Ill into Our Life with Our Thoughts

A really interesting concept is the idea that whatever we think, will come to us. It is called the law of attraction. "That which is like unto itself is drawn."

When we focus on positive things, we attract positive things. When we focus on negative things, we attract negative things.

Some examples of bringing in negatives:

1. All you can think about is how somebody is "a pain in the neck" or "a pain in the butt." Pretty soon, you've GOT a pain in your neck or a pain in your butt!

2. You constantly focus on your doctor appointments and your sicknesses. Pretty soon, you really ARE sick.

3. You constantly talk about how poor you are. Pretty soon, you really ARE poor!

Some examples of bringing in positives:

1. Your goal is to learn how to play the piano. You say to yourself, "I can do this. I am going to practice diligently at least X number of minutes every day. Whatever I work at long enough, I can do. Every day I am going to succeed a little more. I am going to share my successes with uplifting people. I am going to be a piano player." Pretty soon, you find interesting music to play, and you're playing it for your friends.

2. You want to have a good day tomorrow. So tonight you make a long list of all the things you're grateful for today. This gears your mind to pick out the good things of the day and forget the not-so-great ones that happened. Tomorrow morning, you say, "This is going to be a great day! I can handle anything that comes my way. I feel great. I am so happy to be alive. I am grateful for everything." You visualize and affirm a happy outcome, and it happens.

Norman Vincent Peale wrote: "...it is a fact that if you expect the best, you are given a strange kind of power to create the conditions that product the result you want."

To get exactly what you want, do this:

1. Decide exactly what you want.

2. Strongly believe that you will get it.

3. Be a major player in making it happen.

4. Accept it wholeheartedly when it comes.

William James, a psychologist, said, "The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind."

"Mind is the master power that molds and makes, and man is mind and ever more he takes, the tool of thought, and shaping what he wills; builds a thousand joys, a thousand ills. He thinks in secret and it comes to pass. Environment is but a looking glass." Once they have perfected the technique of implanting crystals into cavities, fillings will be a thing of the past. Halleluyah!

Enamel and dentin (which are the materials that make teeth strong) will be regrown from these crystals. Dentists will still have to spot decay early in order to remineralize the tooth, but signs point to it actually happening, not too far in the future. Don't you think that's awesome?

This work is being done by Professor Sally Marshall, who is leading the research at the University of California at San Francisco.

In the meantime, remember that sugary foods produce acids that demineralise the enamel coating of our teeth. This allows bacteria to break through to the dentin inside our teeth. So I ask you, why eat or drink sugar? If you simply must drink soda, drink it all at once; don't sip it and let it stay on your teeth.

They say that our teeth are a lot like our bones; if we have poor teeth, we probably have poor bones, too.

Those metal fillings in our mouths have been poisoning us since they started using them in the 1840's. I had mine taken out and haven't regretted it. How much bettter to not get them at all.

I was talking with a guy I met at the airport who was big into essential oils. He said he has been successful in helping several people avoid root canals by having them apply essential oils around their afflicted teeth. He told people to use oregano, clove, and thyme oils diluted 50/50 with a carrier oil (they used Young Living's V-6 oil) and to use a Q-tip to apply to the affected area of the gum. I didn't think people could avoid root canals???

My daughter also told me about a woman who avoided a root canal by having her chiropractor adjust her teeth. I'd never heard of such a thing.

They say that it is actually better for people to have a tooth pulled than to have a root canal done. I guess when we chew something, the teeth send some kind of electrical impulses back and forth and tell the body where to send the nutrients that are being processed. (The genius of the intricacies of the human body never fail to astound me).

At any rate, I am glad they're working on this new technique, and can hardly wait to never be drilled upon again.

The Gnats Didn't Like Me Tonight

I was standing outdoors with a group of my friends tonight. They were quite annoyed at the gnats swarming around their faces. But I was astonished to note that, for the first time in my life, the gnats were leaving me completely alone! They would come by, and then keep moving.
My friends would put their faces close to mine to try to get away from them. We experimented by trading places a few times and the gnats always bothered them but left me alone.

I kind of liked this experiment!

There are only two reasons I can see for this happening, althought I'm not sure which one applies. One thing I've done differently is that I've used quite a lot of essential oils lately. (Putting a couple drops of oregano oil on my feet before going to bed at night, putting lemon oil in my mop water, etc.) The other thing I've done differently is that I've been eating a lot of garlic lately. Which do you think might have something to do with it? I have a feeling that one of these things is why the bugs left me alone tonight. Human cells have an electrical voltage. ("Frequency" is the measurable rate of electrical energy flow that is constant between any two points). Practically everything has a frequency.

When Our Frequency Drops, Our Immune System is Compromised
A healthy human body has a frequency of 62 to 72 MHz. When frequency drops, the immune system is compromised.

(Now you'll have to excuse my incomplete knowledge of Hertz and Megahertz. I have a feeling sometimes people making lists use "Hz" and "Mhz" interchangeably. So please do your own research; if you have more in-depth knowledge on this point, please share it with me).

Specific Diseases Have Frequencies:
Under 62 MHz - human cells begin to mutate
58-60 MHz - disease begins, cold and flu symptoms appear
55 MHz - Viral infections and diseases like Candida take hold
52 MHz - Epstein Barr
48 MHz - Cancer, tissue breakdown from disease
20 MHz - Death begins

What We Eat and Where We Live Affects Our Frequency
Healthy frequency is lowered by many pollutants. And if we only eat canned, processed and frozen food, we're probably in trouble. We've got to get something with LIFE in it if we want to really BE ALIVE!

A List of Frequencies of Foods, Herbs & Essential Oils:
Processed food - 0
Canned food - 0
Frozen foods - 0
Fresh produce - up to 15 MHz
Dry herbs - 12-22 MHz
Fresh herbs - 12-27 MHz
Essential oils - 52-320 MHz

Frequencies Needed by Body Parts to Function Normally:
Normal brain frequency (head) 6:00 am to 6:00 pm - 70-78 MHz
Brain frequency at 80-82 MHz - indicates a genius
Healthy body (neck down) 6:00 am to 6:00 pm - 62-68 MHz
Thyroid and Parathyroid glands - 62-68 MHz
Thymus Gland - 65-68 MHz
Heart - 67-70 MHz
Lungs - 58-65 MHz
Liver - 55-60 MHz
Pancreas - 60-80 MHz
Stomach - 58-65 MHz
Ascending Colon - 58-60 MHz
Descending Colon - 58-63 MHz
Bone Frequency - 38 -43 MHz

Frequency Can Drop Quickly
I heard about this at a New Sun seminar. In a study, doctors took two healthy young men with a body frequency of 66. One held a cup of coffee, and his frequency dropped to 58 in 3 seconds. The other young man drank coffee and his frequency dropped to 52 in 3 seconds. It took three days for the frequency of the coffee-drinker to return to normal. The man who just held the coffee was given certain essential oils to breathe and his frequency went back up in 21 seconds. (See paragraph on essential oils, below) What this tells me is that the body responds when we eat or drink something that it instinctively knows is not good for us.

If We Have Low Frequency, Watch Out...:
If we have low frequency, we probably have a pH imbalance.
We're more likely to be invaded by pathogenic frequencies (including anthrax, plagues, etc.)
Positive beneficial bacterial frequencies are higher.

We Can Raise or Lower our Frequency with our Thoughts
According to clinical studies, negative thoughts lower frequency by 12 MHz.
Positive thoughts raise frequency by 10 MHz.
Prayer and meditation raise the body's frequency by 15 MHz.
How long does this change last? Maybe it depends on how long we keep doing it, or what our usual frame of mind is.

We Can Raise our Frequency with Essential Oils
Have you ever heard of essential oils? Pure essential oils are made from, basically, the essence of plants. Sometimes one whole plant is used to make one drop of essential oil. Essential oils have very high frequencies; actually, the highest frequencies known to man. When applied to or inhaled by the body, they elevate the body's frequency. A drop of essential oil put on the soles of the feet is absorbed within 21 seconds and stays in the body for up to 8 hours. Essential oils actually create an environment in which disease, viruses, funguses, bacteria and other things can't live. (See study on coffee above)

Dr. Rife and His Frequency Generator
In the 1920's, Royal Raymond Rife, M.D., developed a high-powered microscope that could magnify objects almost 1,500 times, which allowed him to see viruses, bacteria, parasites, toxins, and other things in the blood. He developed a “frequency generator” which generated different electrical frequencies which could be passed through diseased parts of the human body.

Certain Frequencies Actually Stopped Disease in its Tracks
Doctors have known for over a hundred years that electrical currents passed through a wound or broken bone will greatly accelerate the healing process. Rife discovered that certain frequencies could prevent disease from developing, and other frequencies would destroy disease. Substances with higher frequency could destroy diseases of a lower frequency.

Dr. Rife's Cancer Cure - in the 1920's, 1930's, and 1940's!
According to history, Dr. Rife cured 86.5% of the cases that came to him, adjusted his technology and cured the other 13.5%. That means he cured 100% of the cancer cases that came to him.
This means that Dr. Rife discovered a way to cure cancer way back when! Where is that technology now?

How We Can Apply This Knowledge of Frequencies
In practical terms this means that we can do a lot to prevent disease in our own life.
We need to concentrate on eating fresh, living food.
Now would be a great time to grow a garden!
We need to think good, positive thoughts.
Time to dig out those Norman Vincent Peale books that I loved as a kid.
Good, PURE, essential oils will do us a world of good.
New Sun and Young Living oils are very high quality.
Think about signing up as a distributor and take advantage of better prices.
I did - you can even sign up under me!
My husband died of cancer in 2002. I remarried; my husband's wife also died of cancer.
Sure wish I'd known then what I know now.
Maybe we can ask ourselves why Dr. Rife's technology has been vilified and labeled as quackery when it actually worked.

For More Information, Look Up:
The book The Body Electric by Dr. Robert O. Becker
Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology - developed the world's first frequency monitor
Dr. Royal Rife's study of frequencies and his cancer cure
Bjorn Nordenstrom (Stockholm, Sweden radiologist) - the book Biologically Closed Circuits

Diseases Can Be Cured

I believe that many diseases can be cured. I was cured of arthritis about 20 years ago. My sixth child was 4 months old. I had been having a problem with a knee that kept swelling. A specialist told me to have surgery, so I did. I woke up two weeks later feeling like I'd slept on rocks.

Unfortunately, this feeling didn't go away. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and told that there was no cause and no cure and that they would experiment with drugs to make me feel comfortable.

They told me that I would have to stop nursing my baby, of course. Well, I figured that I had my whole life to take drugs and that my baby was too young for that. Did the doctors who took my money even care? I never heard from them again, at any rate.

I crawled up the steps of an iridologist's house and was told that my blood was too acidic and needed to become more alkaline. I was given a list of foods I could eat and a list of foods I couldn't eat. I was so weak I couldn't even push a grocery cart. I thought maybe if I leaned on it I could make it roll, but that didn't work very well.

For three months, I was not to eat the following: anything processed, any dairy, or any meat. Was there anything left I actually COULD eat? Yes, I could eat any vegetable, especially celery and romaine lettuce, and any alkaline fruit, especially bananas and pineapple. Oh joy.

My kids took over at the grocery store and at my request piled our cart with green vegetables. We went home and just looked at each other. How were we supposed to eat this stuff? We had no idea what to do with it. Everything we learned, we learned the hard way.

I just did the best I could. I didn't give up everything, and it probably took longer than it would've, but following that list was one of the hardest things I've ever done.

After an extremely painful year and a half, I am glad to say that I walked away from arthritis with NO MORE PAIN! Now twenty years later, that baby grew up and just got married, and I never gave a thought to the fact that I had been arthritis-free for many years.

I was so glad to learn that arthritis is not an incurable disease. I think that perhaps God does not necessarily want us to spend our lives in pain. But He lets us decide what type of lifestyle we want to live.

If we choose to eat healthy food, to go to bed early and get up early, to speak loving words, and to participate in other healthy practices, we will lead healthier and happier lives than if we do otherwise.

If we don't know that we shouldn't eat devitalized, irradiated and unhealthy foods, keep a cell phone held to our head everyday, get stressed out, think negative thoughts, or any number of other sometimes unhealthy things, we will pay for it in the end and not even know how it happened.

I am so glad to be traveling toward a happier and healthier way of life. I invite everyone to join me and teach me what they know, too.

Poem with a Good Attitude

Blessed are they who are pleasant to live with—
Blessed are they who sing in the morning;
Whose faces have smiles for their early adorning;
Who come down to breakfast companioned by cheer;
Who don't dwell on troubles or entertain fear;
Whose eyes smile forth bravely; whose lips curve to say:
"Life, I salute you! He exposed water samples to sound, music, words, and prayer and it's simply fantastic what he discovered. He took a pure water sample and took pictures of it with a special microscope. It showed beautiful hexagonal crystal shapes. Different waters were found to have different shapes of crystals, or none at all.

He took a polluted water sample: it was a murky blob of water. He took that polluted water sample and had a Buddhist priest pray over it. It became beautiful, like the pure water! This teaches us that prayer makes a difference.

He exposed distilled water samples to various types of music and found that harmonic music such as folk music and classical music creates beautiful crystal shapes, and that these, exposed to a heavy beat or heavy metal, became conelike and distorted. What does this tell us about what we should listen to, to be healthy?

He went further and taped words to the glass containing water samples and found that WORDS THEMSELVES affected the water. It didn't make a difference whether the person putting the words on the glasses knew what the words meant - in any language, the words themselves made a difference!

"Love" and "Thank you" made beautiful shapes. "You make me sick, I will kill you" made an ugly amoeba-like blob. The words "Love and gratitude" made the most exquisitely shaped crystal. You can see these and read the details for yourself. Just google Dr. Emoto's name.

Pure thought, directed even across the world, affected water samples, and, I believe, affected them instantaneously. When we praying over our food, this pure thought directed toward the food can actually change the makeup of our food. Is this not a fantastic concept?

Just think: our bodies are 70% water, and the earth is 70% water, too. Our thoughts can affect our cells, and our thoughts can affect the cells of others. No wonder people who are prayed for improve faster than people who aren't. Just think what a difference it would make if we prayed more, for ourselves, for our friends, for our earth...

No wonder we are told to pray for our enemies! Just think what that does - it not only humbles us, but it changes them!
