A Glass of Fresh Juice Keeps the Alzheimer's Away

In a 9-year study done at Vanderbilt University on nearly 2000 seniors, it was found that drinking at least 3 servings of fresh vegetable or fruit juice a week were 75% less likely to have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's than their peers. This study was published in the American Journal of Medicine.

I don't know about you, but this makes me want to start juicing.

Interesting...I have a fruit smoothie about 3-4 times a week. Does that count?
